I rolled over my ticket to 2021, when will I receive it?
If you rolled over your ticket over you do not need to do anything.
These will be released in the last week of July, 2021. If you haven’t received your e-tickets by Tuesday 3rd August, 2021 please check your junk folder. If you still haven’t located your e-tickets, please contact Kaboodle using the following email address: victorious@kaboodle.
If you purchased your tickets from one of our outlets you don’t need to take any further action. Your Victorious Festival 2020 ticket will be valid for 2021 so please keep this safe.
My child will be older than their current ticket type by Victorious 2021, do they need a different ticket type?
We’re happy to honour any 5-12yrs and Under 5’s tickets purchased for 2020, so please don’t worry if your child turns 5 or 13 before Victorious Festival 2021.
If you have purchased an e-ticket then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can update this for you. If you have a physical ticket then this will be valid for 2021 and you don’t need to do anything, just keep your ticket safe.
I’m a 2020 rollover customer, will my personal assistant ticket also be transferred to 2021?
We ask all customers who would like a Personal Assistant ticket to reapply for 2021 once the process opens. Visit our access page for more info.

I bought my ticket from a third party, what should I do?
If you have booked a ticket through a third party, you will need to liaise directly with the company, organisation or person you made your booking with or seek a refund via your travel insurer.
Victorious Festival always strongly recommends you only purchase tickets through the official website.
