E-TICKET INFORMATION

You will need to submit details for NHS Test and Trace to release your e-tickets.

We can’t wait to get back in the fields with you all for another unmissable edition of Victorious Festival! With a weekend jam-packed full of incredible live music – something we’ve all missed so much – it’s guaranteed to be a weekend to remember.

Victorious Festival is proud to be working with Public Health England and Portsmouth City Council to help reduce the spread of the virus, protect society and support local businesses to stay open. As part of these efforts, we will be collecting NHS Test and Trace data.

The lead booker will need to submit the following details for all people aged 13 and over in their booking party.

  • Full name
  • Phone number

On completion, your e-tickets will be sent to you within 24 hours.

You can add the required details by logging into your Kaboodle account here Please make every effort to ensure the details are correct.

If you have entered your details but haven’t received your e-tickets, please wait until after Wednesday 11th August.  Please check your junk folder.  If you still haven’t located your e-tickets or if you have any other e-ticket issues please contact Kaboodle using the following email address: victorious@kaboodle.co.uk

Amending your NHS Test and Trace details

If you have submitted your NHS Test and Trace details and you need to change the details for a member of your party, please send the ticket number, previous attendees full name, new attendees full name and phone number to victorious@kaboodle.co.uk. You do not need to do anything further. Your current e-ticket will still be valid upon entry with the previous attendees name.
