1.) All festival-goers regardless of age will require a ticket.
2.) Anyone aged 15 or under must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. If you are 18 or over and are accompanying a minor to the festival you will be asked to show I.D at the gate if you are lucky enough to look under 25 (Challenge 25 policy) We cannot issue refunds to under 15s who are not accompanied by an adult.
3.) A sensible ratio of adults (18yrs or over) to children (those aged under 15yrs) will be required at point of buying tickets and at point of entry. This is at the festival organisers discretion.
4.)No alcohol can be brought into the event.
5.)Factory sealed water containers are permitted. Any other liquids will not be permitted.
6.)Food is not permitted with the exception of baby food. There will be a huge variety of food and drink outlets available at the event. If you have any dietary/medical requirements please email access@
7.) Proof of age will be required at all bars when alcohol is being purchased. We operate a very strict Challenge 25 policy. Persons drinking alcohol may be asked to provide valid I.D. at any time.
8.) Valid forms of ID include valid photo driving licence and passport only.
9.) We reserve the right to refuse admission, re-admission to, or request that you leave the event at any time.
10.) For the Friday Night Opening Party we operate a no re-admission policy. On the Saturday and Sunday – last entry will be at 8pm – this includes re-entries (i.e once you enter the event site you may not leave or re-enter later with the same ticket after 8pm) While we allow re-entry until 8pm, you will still be required to queue and be searched when re-entering the site.
11.) We advise that you arrive in plenty of time at each area within the event is subject to capacity.
12.)Fair usage policy will apply.
13.)Tickets purchased are date specific so please make sure you buy the ticket for the correct day. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
14.) Please check headliners each day before you purchase to avoid disappointment. The organisers reserve the right to change and amend the festival programme without prior notification & cannot be held responsible for acts and headliners who cancel or switch day. Line up times are subject to change.
15.) No fires or BBQs on site.
16.) There will be 100% bag search policy on all bags brought into the event.
17.) No bicycles are allowed on the event site. We have a guarded bicycle park for you to use located near the main entrance. Please note that bikes are left at owners risk.
18.) You may be subject to searching at any time during the event.
19.) The management reserves the right to make any alteration to the advertised programme with may be rendered necessary by unavoidable cause.
20.) Registered Guide/assistance dogs are permitted; no other animals are allowed into the event.
21.) Visitors are to cooperate with and obey instructions or directions given by the event stewards.
22.) Tickets include entry to participating Seafront Attractions. Entry to the attractions are subject to availability and queuing may be likely.
23.) Visitors are reminded that they are not to act in a way that is offensive, obscene or derogatory in nature or defamatory of any third party.
24.) Please check individual seafront attraction websites for closing times.
25.) Parents should be mindful that hearing protection may be required for young children.
26.) Camping chairs and similar seating will not be permitted on site.
27.) Please note persons who own annual or yearly tickets for the Seafront attractions (ie. Southsea Castle, Southsea Skatepark, D-Day Museum) will not be permitted to visit these attractions or the festival over the event weekend unless they purchase a Victorious Festival Ticket if the attraction is within the festival site.
28.) All attractions, caterers and retailers located on the festival site, will not be accessible over the weekend without a Victorious Festival Ticket.
29.) Illegal substances, drugs and/or legal highs and herbal highs will not be tolerated at Victorious Festival. Bag searches will be in operation and if you are found to be in possession or using any such substances you will be evicted from the festival site and/or be handed over to the police.
30.) Ensure you look into travel arrangements before you buy your tickets. While we make every effort to help and advise on travel options on our website, we cannot give refunds for problems with getting to and from the festival.
31.) If the Festival is cancelled, the organisers & Victorious Festival Ltd shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by the Ticket holder, including but not limited to the ticket cost, transportation & accommodation costs or any other losses of any kind.The organisers reserve the right to change and amend the festival programme without prior notification & cannot be held responsible for acts and headliners who cancel. Refunds cannot be issued if a particular artist does not appear or performs on a different day.
32.) The taking of photographs and footage for commercial use is prohibited unless arranged with Victorious Festival organisers. While we allow cameras, tripods and very large lenses are not permitted.
33.) The event may be photographed, filmed or recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the photographing, filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience. If you have any objection, should this happen when you attend a show or event, please contact a member of the Event Team.
34.) No glass containers of any kind are permitted at the event.
35.) There will be no refunds.
36.) We reserve the right to change and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
