Accessibility at Victorious

Victorious has always aimed to be a festival that excels in being accessible to everyone and endeavours to be at the forefront for providing excellent experiences for all festival fans. We want Victorious to be accessible to everyone!

We believe everyone should be able to experience and enjoy a music festival. As a result, Victorious has a team dedicated to improving facilities and service for disabled customers. This team actively seeks feedback from customers’ experiences at the festival with mystery shoppers and customer engagement to make continuous improvements. Our core team have all undergone Disability & Equality training.

We are proud to work closely with Attitude Is Everything; a charity that connects disabled people with music and live event industries to improve accessibility and have achieved Gold status in their charter as well as nominations in their accessibility awards. This relationship has resulted in improvements to facilities such as working with BSL interpreters at both stages and offering a roaming service, accessible lanes at every entrance allowing fast entry for those who cannot queue, a sensory garden/quiet space on site and Mobiloos (high dependency toilet unit) at both the site and offsite campsite.

Victorious have also supported several local disability charities including Enable Ability, Elizabeth Foundation and Gig Buddies.

Awards and Nominations
Victorious have been finalists for the Diversity and Inclusion at the Access All Areas Awards, Customer Service Award and Ticketing Without Barriers at the Outstanding Attitude Awards.

Victorious looks forward to continuing its commitment to the charter and improving accessibility in 2023.
