Apply for A Waiver Note

The Waiver Note application service is for festival go-ers who cannot attend the festival without bringing a seat or food to meet medical needs. Both food and seating are not usually permitted on site as listed in our terms and conditions. A Waiver Note, once approved, is added to your ticket order and shows staff and security that you are allowed entry with the listed items.

Please note, there is seating situated around the site, but this is not guaranteed. Our catering team does try and ensure there is a wide variety of options available to meet most dietary requirements.
