Mary Rose Academy Swimming Pool
The Mary Rose Academy has approximately 195 pupils aged 2-19 years, situated across three sites in Portsmouth.
They provide highly specialist, personalised curriculum for young people with the most profound, severe and complex learning difficulties. Swimming is a vital part of that curriculum because of the many physical and mental health benefits it provides and we’re proud to support their Swimming facilities.
The Disabled Sailors Association
Sailing from Portsmouth, The Disabled Sailors Association provides sailing experiences for all types of disability. Over 25,000 people have sailed with them, since their foundation in 1993. We were happy to donate towards the build of their new wheelchair-accessible cruiser-racer which is currently under construction.
Children’s Football
Helped Pickwick Youth & Meon Milton with ground rent, kit, and raffle prizes and branded kit! We even had our own trophy – The Victorious Team of the Year!
Dive Ability
We were proud to support Dive Ability, a fantastic organisation that helps people with disabilities and disadvantages venture into Scuba Diving.
Portsmouth Victorious SC Artistic Swimming
We supported Portsmouth’s incredible Synchro team! Founded in 1979 and powered by an exceptionally dedicated group of volunteers, the team has continued to go from strength to strength.
Undercover Skatepark Project
We’re also huge fans and supporters of the Undercover Skatepark Project also known as Pitt Street Skatepark! We’re thrilled to have been able to contribute to this fantastic asset for the city.
We’re really proud to be supporting these underfunded and often overlooked sports teams and we hope our involvement can provide these women’s and children’s club with some well-deserved opportunities! We’re looking forward to cheering these teams on as they go through the season!
England Women’s Beach Soccer
in 2024 we contributed £25,000 to the Women’s England Beach Soccer Team who train regularly within the grounds of our festival site, in Southsea. This contribution has seen us take on the role of lead sponsor and enabled the team to take a much sought-after opportunity to represent Team GB at the forthcoming ANOC world beach games.
Steve Black the team’s Manager said;
‘Everyone at England women’s beach soccer are delighted and honored to be working with Victorious Festival For the 2023 season. An exciting partnership that will see beach soccer at the festival for children of all ages to try and maybe find the next England stars. Victorious Festival’s support will give us the best opportunity to have a successful year and we can’t wait to win trophies together!’
