We believe everyone should be able to enjoy a music festival. That’s why we have a dedicated team focused on improving services and facilities for disabled customers. This team gathers feedback through mystery shoppers and direct engagement, making continuous improvements. All core team members have completed Disability & Equality training.
We’re proud to work with Attitude Is Everything, a charity improving access to music and live events for disabled people. Thanks to this relationship, we’ve achieved Gold Status on their Charter of Best Practice and received nominations in their accessibility awards.
Victorious includes:
“It has been an absolute pleasure to support Victorious to achieve Gold on our Charter of Best Practice. We’ve been really impressed with how the festival has engaged as a whole staff team, including undertaking Disability Equality Training and being responsive to customer feedback. Their dedicated access team has worked hard to make the festival as accessible as possible, and we look forward to supporting them to progress further up the charter in the future.”
Victorious also supports several local disability charities, including Enable Ability, Elizabeth Foundation, and Gig Buddies.
Victorious looks forward to continuing its commitment to accessibility and the Attitude Is Everything charter.
